but God Most High is willing, of His infinite mercy, to remove this thick veil from the spiritual eyes of every one who prays for guidance in sincerity and simplicity of heart.

But in order that the Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ may become still more evident, in the second chapter of this book we propose, with God's gracious assistance, to consider with all reverence the doctrine of the Most Holy Trinity (الثالوث) in the Divine Unity.

   

CHAPTER II

STATEMENT AND PROOF OF THE DOCTRINE OF THE MOST HOLY TRINITY IN THE DIVINE UNITY

THIS chapter is divided into three sections. In the first section the doctrine of the Most Holy Trinity is stated and proved from passages of the holy Scriptures; in the second section something is said in explanation of this Divine Mystery; and in the third section it is shown how the knowledge of God Most High and man's salvation are connected with this doctrine.1
